These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 88bk ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to members located in Bangladesh and are effective for all platform services, games, promotions, and transactions.

2.1 Age Requirement

• Each person may open only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Suspension

88bk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without giving reasons, particularly if evidence of a Terms violation is found.

All financial transactions on 88bk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods:

3.1 Withdrawal Terms

Before processing a withdrawal request, 88bk may ask for documents to verify your identity. Withdrawals from verified accounts are processed faster. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.2 Fraudulent Transactions

If evidence of chargebacks, reversed transactions, or fraudulent payments is found, the associated account will be immediately suspended and all balances may be forfeited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

88bk offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Maximum limit example: on a ৳12,000 deposit the bonus will be ৳5,000, giving a total of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• 88bk reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed from a genuine personal account.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

The 88bk VIP program has three tiers, determined by a member's activity on the platform:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

You will be gradually promoted to a higher VIP tier based on your overall activity and engagement on the platform. Each tier includes special benefits and priority customer service. The final decision on VIP tier changes rests solely with 88bk.

6.1 Game Settlement

All game outcomes are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, ensuring fair play. In the event of a technical error, 88bk reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the equivalent amount.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using any automation software, bots, or similar technology.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the associated bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.
• Some bets in live betting markets may be voided due to technical delays.
• Betting opportunities for tournaments or leagues (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL) will be available during the relevant events.
